Madrid counts on abundant natural spaces of great landscaping variety, from the Mountain range of Madrid, mountainous and full of beautiful places where sports of snow and mountain can be practiced, to the zone of the fertile valley of Aranjuez or the landscape manchego in the surroundings of Alcala de Henares.

Golf, guards, globe windsurfing, equitación, strolls, senderismo, are some of the possibilities that are offered. Also the Madrilenians please to take care of their numerous parks and urban gardens, some of them of deserved historical fame like the Gardens of the Real Site of Aranjuez, the Park of the Retirement of Madrid or the House of Field.
