National Museum Centro de Arte Reina SofÃa is a must see in Madrid. There you can appreciate numerous works of the most important artists of the 20th Century. There are various works of the famous Picasso in this museum as well as works of TÃ pies, Bacon and Le Coursier, among others.
There is a Library and Documentation Center that has more than 120.000 volumes and audiovisual resources at your entire disposal. It is open from 10 am to 9 pm (weekdays only). The address of this National Museum in Madrid is Santa Isabel Nº 52.
You can also ask for guided tours for school groups and seniors. There is also a Bookstore and Museum store in the National Museum Centro de Arte Reina SofÃa and if you want to have a coffee or eat something delicious you can go to the Arola Madrid Restaurant (Argumosa Nº 43).
The admission fee is approximately 6 Euros. However, it is advisable to call 91 774 10 00 and ask for more specific information or visit the official web page (www.museoreinasofia.es).
This museum is close to the Estación de Atocha. Many tourists who visit this museum also go to the Palacio de Cristal and the Real JardÃn Botánico, since they aren’t far away. There are many tourist attractions in Valencia that tourists don’t want to miss the opportunity to visit such as Puerta del Sol and Plaza Mayor.
Nh Nacional Hotel and Husa Merc Tor are two excellent hotels in Valencia that are located really close to the National Museum Centro de Arte Reina SofÃa. There are many other hotels in this tourist destination in Spain that offer convenient deals.
